Do you have the necessary insurances and registrations?
We will not work with any roofer that doesn’t have the necessary insurances and registrations. It is our strict criteria that any roof tradesman we work with is licensed.
If I call for a consultation, will I be committed to spending money with you?
No, our quotes are free of obligation. We would rather have happy, satisfied customer than customers who feel like they’ve been forced into a decision.
Our consultants will inspect and advise with their best intentions, and it is up to you what you do with our advice.
How do I know my roof is in need of work?
Obvious indicators that your roof needs work are leaks, broken or missing tiles, discolouration in your ceiling. Other less obvious indicators may not be visible from the ground or only picked up by the experienced eye.
Another reason you may want your roof inspected is for aesthetic reasons – it maybe looking poor which will bring down the overall look of your house. A roof restoration in most cases can make your roof look like new.
How much does a roof restoration cost?
Obviously we like to do an inspection before providing guesses as to what your circumstances may entail and how much the end cost will be.
However, if it helps as a guideline most restorations work out between $70 and $130 per square metre. Of course your circumstances may be different and fall outside of this ball park range. Also materials and any repairs are not included in this guideline.
How long does it take?
Most roof restoration jobs take under a week. However this can vary due to factors such as supply of materials, weather, site access, etc.
When you call we can also let you know what the lead time is, i.e. how long before we can inspect and quote, and then how long until we can do the job.
I want to proceed with a quote, how do I contact you and what happens?
Please call (02) 6171 6119 and we will arrange a time for an inspection. Alternative, fill in the contact form on this page and we will ring you back as soon as possible.
After inspection, you will be provided with a written quote and an estimated completion time. At this point it is up to you to decide if you would like to go ahead and accept our quotation.
